USA legal Stuff Firewalking

I'm a firewalk instructor from the Netherlands. Last year I've done firewalks in NY Stae. Next year I would love to branch out.

I would like to get information about legal stuff, liability waivers, insurance and such, because teh companies I want to work with keep asking about these things.

I would like some help on this from the USA
